The Ultimate Top Trumps and Ultimate Trumps offer their online shop to all sellers to sell their spare and unwanted Trumps items.

There are no charges until an item is sold and this is charged at 12.5% of the sale price and does include any postage. Postage is set by The Ultimate Top Trumps management and is non negotiable leaving the choice of service to the seller. Postage is increased when multiple items are purchased. You have the control over overseas postage.

There is no time limit that is set for items in the shop. However, items and indeed sellers can be removed if anything deemed as unfair or illegal and the seller that is deemed in the wrong will be banned, for life.

Sellers are allowed a maximum of 5 titles and these can be removed by the seller contacting The Ultimate Top Trumps team directly via email. There is no limit on the number of a particular packs of the same title.

Any items that have been paid for and the funds forwarded by The Ultimate Top Trumps team are to be sent by the seller and this is their responsibility. The seller is also responsible to arrange any refund should the item be lost or indeed if the item is not as described.

Item descriptions will be the responsibility of the seller and this is to be completed as fully as possible in the form that is then sent directly to The Ultimate Top Trumps team. If the items are new and sealed then this is how the description will appear.

All and any fees incurred from Paypal will all be passed onto the seller. Paypal will charge between 1.4% and 3.4% + £0.20p. The Ultimate Top Trumps will then deduct 12.5% of the sale price, not including the postage. Selling via eBay is considerably more costly and includes an insertion fee, plus an 8.75% on the sale price and then further charges from Paypal.

A copy of the payment will be sent to the seller as proof of charges by Paypal.

All items sold, must be posted within 10 working days of payment received from The Ultimate Top Trumps. Failure to do this could lead to possible banning.
